Your account
You must provide accurate, current information when you register, and you are responsible for keeping your password secure. Anything done through your account is treated as done by you.
You may invite other users into your account, such as administrators or staff, up to the number of seats your plan allows. You are responsible for how the people you invite use the service.
If you find your account has been accessed without authorisation, tell us immediately.
Plans and quotas
Each plan sets the number of projects, rooms and user seats available to you. The figures shown on the pricing page are the same figures the system actually enforces.
The Starter plan carries no monthly fee. The Enterprise plan has no public price and requires a price agreed with our sales team before it can be activated.
You may change plan at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately; downgrades take effect from the next billing cycle. If your existing data exceeds the new plan's quota we will tell you beforehand, and we will not delete your data to make it fit — deciding what to reduce is your call.
Fees and payment
Fees consist of the monthly plan fee plus usage-based charges, namely a per-invoice fee for each tenant invoice actually issued that month.
We issue an invoice at the end of each billing cycle. You can pay by credit card or PromptPay through our payment provider. Prices exclude VAT unless stated otherwise.
We may change plan pricing, giving you at least 30 days' notice before it takes effect.
If you believe a charge is incorrect, please raise it within 30 days of the invoice date.
Late payment and suspension
If an invoice passes its due date we will notify you first. If payment is still not received, we may temporarily suspend the account until the balance is settled.
While an account is suspended your data remains intact, you can still reach the finance page to pay, and normal access resumes once payment is made.
Refunds
Refunds are considered case by case — for example duplicate charges, charges of the wrong amount, or an unusually long service outage.
To request a refund, contact us using the details at the end of this document. Refunds are processed by our team back to the method you paid with, or by transfer as agreed.
Your data
The data you enter remains yours. We claim no ownership over it and use it only as far as delivering the service requires, as set out in the Privacy Policy.
For tenant data you record in the system, you are the controller of that personal data and it is your responsibility to inform tenants of the purpose and obtain consent where the law requires it.
You may request an export of your data at any time while subscribed, and within 90 days of closing the account.
Prohibited use
Do not use the service to break the law, infringe anyone's rights, or collect personal data without a lawful basis.
Do not attempt to access another user's account or data, break into the system, test for vulnerabilities without written permission, reverse engineer the software, or send request volumes that affect platform stability.
Do not resell the service to third parties in a way that competes with us, unless agreed in writing.
Intellectual property
The software, user interface, trademarks and all accompanying documentation are our property. You receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use them for as long as your account is active.
That licence does not extend to copying, modifying or creating derivative works from our software.
Availability
We aim to keep the service running continuously, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. We may take the system down for scheduled maintenance, giving notice where we can.
Where a plan carries a specific service level agreement, that agreed document governs.
Limitation of liability
The service is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect damages, lost profits, or lost business opportunity.
Our total liability for any event is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the event.
These limits do not apply to liability the law does not permit us to limit, such as wilful misconduct or gross negligence.
Termination
You may stop using the service at any time. Fees for a billing cycle already used remain payable.
We may suspend or terminate your account if you materially breach these terms or use the service unlawfully. We will tell you why, unless legally prevented from doing so.
Governing law
These terms are governed by Thai law. Disputes that cannot be resolved between us fall under the jurisdiction of the Thai courts.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. If a change is material we will notify you by email or an in-app notice before it takes effect. Continuing to use the service after that date means you accept the updated terms.
