What cookies are
Cookies are small text files a website stores in your browser to remember that you are signed in, your language, or certain settings.
Strictly necessary cookies
The cookies below are required for the system to work, so they do not need consent and cannot be switched off in our system.
auth_user_id, auth_role and the session cookie: confirm that you are signed in and which areas you may use. These are HttpOnly, meaning page scripts cannot read them.
auth_user and auth_email: show your name and email on screen after sign-in.
oauth_state: protects against request forgery (CSRF) while you sign in through Google, LINE, Facebook or Microsoft. It lasts about 10 minutes.
NEXT_LOCALE: remembers the language you chose.
Analytics and advertising cookies
We do not currently use cookies for behavioural tracking, advertising or cross-site marketing.
If we add this kind of cookie in future, we will update this policy and ask for your consent before using it.
Third-party cookies
When you sign in through an external provider or pay through our payment provider, their websites may set their own cookies, which are governed by those providers' policies.
Managing cookies
You can set your browser to refuse or delete cookies at any time, but if you block the necessary ones you will not be able to sign in or use parts of the service.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time; the effective date is shown at the top of this page.
